What you will do
Handle calls
You speak with customers, service providers and authorities · in Bulgarian, English or German.
Customer contact
You answer inquiries via WhatsApp and email · quickly and friendly.
Organization
You schedule appointments, keep deadlines in view and keep projects moving.
Everyday interpreting
You help bridge German-/English-speaking customers and the Bulgarian world.
What we look for
- Fluent Bulgarian and English. German is a big plus
- Confidence on the phone and in writing
- Self-reliant work style, reliability, discretion
- Basic computer skills (WhatsApp, Email, Google Docs)
- Plus: experience with customers or administration
